Terri Eidson retired from Delta Airlines in 2005 after serving as a Work Center Scheduler / FAA Compliance Document Auditor in their Delta Tech Op Division. Following retirement, she transitioned into the real estate industry, initially working as a secretary for a Real Estate Brokerage before advancing to the role of office manager. Witnessing the transformation from manual, hard copy file management to technologically driven processes, Terri founded her own business, Organization Plus Real Estate Transaction Coordinator Services, in 2010. Preferring to maintain a limited client base to prioritize exemplary customer service, Terri manages all paperwork and administrative tasks for her clients, allowing them to focus on sales activities.

With extensive experience as a Certified Georgia Real Estate Assistant and Transaction Coordinator, Terri remains adept at navigating the intricate details of real estate transactions, continually updating her skills with ongoing training on various CRM systems. Beyond her professional endeavors, Terri enjoys gardening, spending quality time with family and friends, and indulging in her passions for college football, PGA Golf Tour, and the Atlanta Braves, all while relishing the beauty of a picturesque sunset.
